"We first began doing business with Geothermal Design in 1987 when they provided the heating/cooling system for our new home. They have since provided systems for three other homes. And they just keep getting better (more efficient). We stay in touch with the owners of our previous homes, and there has yet to be an issue of any kind, and all four systems are working fine. The total annual cost for our present all electric home (we have no way to break-out lights, TV, hot water, cooking, etc.) is 29 cents per sq. ft.
